Fiancé Visa

Fiancé Visa

The Fiancé visa is for engaged partners of British citizens, persons with indefinite leave to remain in the UK, refugee leave or humanitarian protection or limited leave to remain under Appendix EU or Appendix ECAA, who wish to enter the UK and marry within 6 months of their arrival.

Although it is only valid for 6 months, it can be easily extended by submitting an FLR(M) application before the visa expires, without requiring the applicant to leave the UK.

There are many requirements that are required to be met under the immigration rules.
