Fee Structure
At ICONIQ Solicitors, we provide clients with all the required information about fees so that they can decide whether they wish to proceed with our services. The majority of the work that we undertake is charged on a fixed fee basis. A fixed fee is agreed upon at the outset and will not be reduced. If you decide to withdraw, an itemised bill will be prepared for the work that has been undertaken, and we will refund any balance that may be due. Please note that our fees are exclusive of any VAT & disbursement.
We will also notify you of any disbursements from the onset. Disbursements are costs related to your matter that are paid to third parties. For example, disbursements include barrister fees, expert fees, translation services fee, etc.
We only deal with privately funded matters, which means that you are responsible for paying our legal fees as well as any disbursements. Please note that we do not offer legal aid.
