How to Make a Complaint?
If you have a complaint, you should first contact the person handling your matter to discuss your concerns. If you are not satisfied with their response, you may make a formal complaint by following the steps below:

Our Complaints Process
Once we receive your complaint, we will handle it as follows:
Acknowledgment:
We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint in writing within 7 days of receiving it.Investigation:
Your complaint will be investigated by Mrs Sana Shahban, who is independent of the work on your matter. We may contact you for further information or clarification.Response:
We aim to provide a full written response within 8 weeks. If more time is needed, we will explain the reasons for the delay and let you know when you can expect a response.If You Are Not Satisfied
If you are not satisfied with our response, or if we do not resolve your complaint within 8 weeks, you can refer the matter to the Legal Ombudsman.Time Limits:
Complaints must be referred to the Legal Ombudsman within 6 months of receiving our final response.Our Commitment
