Child Arrangement Order

Child Arrangement Orders

When couples have a relationship breakdown, it is the children who suffer the most. One parent may be reluctant to allow the other parent to see the child. A child arrangement application will allow the Family Court to make a decision with whom a child is to live, spend time or otherwise have contact and when a child is to live, spend time or otherwise have contact with any person. We understand that this can be a difficult time due to separation from children. Our aim at ICONIQ Solicitors is to help reunite parents with their children. We will help you every step of the way.
